2014 Custom Sounds Texas Heat Wave Highlights

The 2014 Custom Sounds Texas Heat Wave scorched Austin’s Travis County Expo Center with the hottest customs Texas has to offer from July 25th-27th. As the 25th Anniversary of the event, it was a weekend filled with cars, chicks, and even a Tattoo Expo in honor of its longevity in the Lone Star State.

More than 1,800 custom trucks and cars in all shapes and sizes were on display, while more than 175 vendors provided amazing deals on vehicle accessories and parts. Car clubs represented with their show-worthy rides, while spectators were treated to tons of eye-candy during the three-day car culture celebration. It was a car enthusiast’s dream weekend and a customizers haven with so many of the latest and newest offerings all in one place!

The event also featured lots of cool contests, including burnout, bikini, audio and hydraulic ones. And because everything is bigger in Texas, there was even a Monster Truck and Car Smash! Then on July 26th, rap superstar T.I. hit the stage and provided everyone with a banging concert.
